Description
Rapala has designed the Squidro for all purpose squid fishing, be it from the shore, or from the boat. Materials were blended to achieve the ability to work common squid jigs, ranging from size 2.5 to 4.0.
No compromise was made to enable this rod to cast large squid jigs and at the same time sensitivity was also increased to ensure the angler can feel the squids tentacles during the jigs descent.
With a length of 2.59 m and PE line rating between 0.4 to 0.8 the Rapala Squidro rod is fully fitted with Fuji reel seat and guides for better performance.
Rapala did not neglect the aesthetic side of the rod and made the Squidro cool looking with carbon weaves, purple accents and highlights. The carbon weave adds this stiffness to the lower section of the rod for fast hook sets and distant casting.
The Rapala Squidro is an all purpose, technical squid rod, that is mounted with a Spinning reel.
