Description
Hayabusa’s success in fishing with the Inchiku technique and specifically with the Kick Bottom jigs, is known amongst Inchiku enthusiasts. The reason the Kick Bottoms jigs are so effective has to do with their ease of use, as they have it all and do it all: the strong diving motion, the visible octopus eye, the bright colors.
Their unique «diamond» shape gives them unique movement, which is important for any Inchiku jig. The flat surface of the Kick Bottom jigs, extends from head to tail. But it also has an extra surface on the other side of the jog, which creates two different currents in the water and thus the Kick Bottoms bring their movement to life. While submerging, the jig spins and makes sharp helical maneuvers, strongly resembling a small fish fighting with an octopus. In the eyes of predators this looks like the perfect opportunity for a double meal, with minimal effort.
The main feature that differentiates the Power Hook, from other jigs in the Kick Bottom series is their shape, which resembles a spearhead. Also, Hayabusa has rigged the Kick Bottom jigs with the powerful Assist Hooks LBT571 in size 2/0, for more strikes, more durability and fewer chances for the prey to be free.
In the Kick Bottom jigs, Hayabusa has added a transparent, multifaceted bead, which reflects all available light and causes flashes, aiming to attract the interest of nearby predators.
The Hayabusa Kick Bottom Power Hook is also rigged with a very soft, silicone octopus.
We recommend using Inchiku jigs with heavy gear, tailor made for Inchiku jigging. The Kick Bottom Power Hook is the ultimate choice when you are targeting Red Snappers, Dentex, but it will also perform wonderfully on any other hungry predators in your area.
