Description
Red Gill Evo Stix design consists of the soft flexible tail from the classic Evo Lures giving them their superb action, combined with a stick bait body with a belly slot so they can be fished «weedless».
Ever since it was first introduced anglers have grown to appreciate how deadly the action of the Red Gill sandeel is. The only downside with the original eels is that they can be prone to snagging when fished in weedy conditions. To overcome fish some enterprising anglers have taken to cutting the tails off of Red Gills and gluing them to weed-less bodies to make their own a hybrid lures. These have proved to be very effective, particularly when fished in shallow weedy areas.
The Evo Stix now does away with the hassle of having to cut and glue lures and the pack contains all you need to go fishing. Although bass are the prime target the Evo Stix are also very effective for wrasse and pollack.
Made from our exclusive Super Tough material they will far out last most than other soft lures on the market.
Included with the lures are two Mustad weedless hooks 38104NP-BN and three different sizes of bullet weights: 5, 10 & 15 grams, meaning they can be rigged to cover most situations likely to be encountered by the modern lure angler.
