one N0113 Serrated Knife, used to cut tomatoes, hard bioled eggs, sausages and grilled meats
one N0114 Vegetable Knife, with Curved blade and serrated back to prepare and clean vegetables and organic products, preserving as many vitamins as possible
one N0115 Peeler for rapid and effective peeling of fruit and vegetables, for right and left handed users.
The handles are made of wood and may expand and contract with extreme humidity and will temporarily affect the mechanism.
The blades are made from 12C27 Sandvik Stainless steel, which will not rust, however try to avoid leaving your Opinel knife in damp environments for too long and dry the blade after each use.
