Description
These Mustad Fillet Knifes features a double-molded, ergonomic handle textured for grip and have been designed with comfort and superior balancing in mind.
The first difference that should be immediately apparent when comparing fillet and boning knives, is that fillet knives are designed for use exclusively on fish, while boning knives can be used for both fish and meat, which makes them more versatile than fillet knives.
The curved blade design, provides a better working angle to cut as close as possible to the bone for maximum output. The bolsterless edge of the blade allows for the use of the entire blade and makes sharpening easy.
The Mustad Fillet Knives have been equipped with Medium Flexibility blades.
