Description
The Wader Repair Kit from DRESS is a complete kit to repair your chloroprene accessories and especially your Wader boots. It is ideal for repairing cracks and holes created during use.
It is environmentally friendly, since it does not contain any solvents.
The elastic adhesive glue, absorbs shocks and has good adhesion to dissimilar materials.
It can repair Nylon and Chloroprene clothing. It can also be used to repair Dress Rainboots and chloroprene products in general.
Usage instructions:
Clean and sandpaper the area around the tear.
Cut the repair pad to match the size of the hole, or crack and peel it off the backing paper.
Apply a thin and even layer of strong adhesive glue to both the tear and the repair patch. Wait about 5 to 10 minutes for the glue to reach the appropriate viscosity.
Tap with a hammer to remove excess air and increase the strength of the glue.
Once the repair pad is stuck, place weight on it and let it dry for about 2 days.
