Instructions:
The heating process activates upon contact with the air:
1. Remove the heater from the package and shake it 5-6 times to activate the heating process.
2. For an optimum heating temperature, give the process time to get going in contact with the air for 10 minutes before beginning your outdoor activity, ideally in room temperature.
3. Once you can feel the heat, place the warmer in a confined space
